About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive State Installation Scheduler to support our state install operations.
This role is critical to ensuring our equipment is assembled, delivered, installed, and handed over to customers efficiently and professionally — playing a key role in customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and achieving company sales targets.

Working closely with our operations, warehouse, install partners, and sales teams, you will be responsible for coordinating installation resources, managing schedules and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
Plan and Coordinate State Installations
Liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders
Develop and Maintain Installation Schedules
Co-ordinate and manage installation team (including contractors)
Monitor and communicate install schedule with sales teams and clients and update installation schedule
Working closely with clients and the Sales team in updating all stakeholders of any changes in stock arrivals and site access issues
