Residential & Commercial | $45–$66 per hour | Temporary Assignments

We are currently seeking experienced Property Managers for a range of temporary opportunities across Perth.

We work with multiple clients across residential and commercial property, with portfolios and requirements varying from assignment to assignment.

What’s Available
Residential & Commercial Property Management roles
Various portfolio sizes, including pod/team-based portfolios
Assignments ranging from a few weeks through to several months
Coverage for leave, projects, workload increases and business needs
Hourly rates ranging from $45–$66 per hour, depending on experience and assignment

About You

We are looking for Property Managers who have:




Previous property management experience
Robust communication and organisational skills
The ability to quickly adapt to different systems, portfolios and environments
Solid knowledge of tenancy and property management processes
A professional and proactive approach
Current WA Property Management Registration
