The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as soon as possible:

Role: 4x Call Centre Customer Service Representatives- Permanent full time roles available

Location: Warwick Farm, NSW 2170

FULLTIME HOURS

Expected Hours of Work: MON- FRI (8 hour shift)

The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:
High volume inbound calls
Addressing existing and new customer enquires/matters and or complaints
Track and trace deliveries to provide feedback to customers i.e. ETA
Maintain status of enquiry by using internal systems
Liaise with different levels of people within the organisation to locate freight
General administrative functions.





About you:
Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume contact centre environment (2 years)
Professional and confident with a customer service focus
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
Positive and resilient outlook
Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
Able to provide at least two employment references.
