Brand-recent premium bar launching in Melbourne CBD - La Cherry Bar.

We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to build and lead it from day one.

The Role:
Lead pre-opening, launch & daily operations
Recruit and lead the team, build the culture
Be on the floor, lead service and guest experience
Manage rostering, stock, COGS, suppliers
Own P&L;, KPIs and commercial performance
Plan and deliver events, functions & activations
Drive socials, community & regulars

You:
Proven Venue / GM experience in premium hospitality
Robust leader, great with people
Deep wine, cocktail & bar knowledge
Commercial mindset - you understand profit, not just service
Hands-on, versatile for nights/weekends/events
