Salary ranges from $79,500 to $90,000

Duties below:

• Managed customer orders, including preparation, delivery, and pick-up while ensuring payment processing.

• Stock management for smooth shop operations and timely fulfillment of customized customer and wholesale orders; ordering, receiving, delivery control.

• Collaborated with manufacturers to ensure products were delivered on time and met client expectations.

• Enhanced customer satisfaction through personalized service and timely delivery of orders.

• Developed current employee training to enhance team performance.

• Direct contact with the different rep; discussion of recent products, negotiation of deals, discussion of product related issues.

• Control and maintenance of the shop clean and organize to promote customer service and staff efficiency.

Requirements: At least relevant diploma qualification with at least 18 months of Managerial experience OR three years of relevant work experience.
