Veolia is looking for a Trainee Water Treatment Operator to work across our Bendigo, Castlemaine and Kyneton water treatment facilities. You do not need previous water industry experience. We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety focused and keen to learn. You will receive practical training and complete a Certificate III in Water Operations while working alongside an experienced team.

What you'll do
Help operate and maintain water treatment plants and equipment
Monitor treatment processes and record test results
Assist with routine maintenance and equipment breakdowns
Help troubleshoot issues and improve plant performance
Follow safety, environmental and quality procedures
Participate in overtime and attend sites outside standard hours when required
What you'll Bring
A genuine interest in water operations and willingness to learn
Reliability and the ability to work well in a team
The ability to work across Bendigo, Castlemaine and Kyneton (driver's licence required)
Experience with mechanical or electrical equipment, computers or practical work environments would be helpful but is not essential.
