About the role

JD Lighting is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in Parkinson, QLD. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of daily warehouse operations, from receiving and putting away stock through to fulfilling customer orders and ensuring accurate, on-time dispatch. You may also assist with deliveries to customers using our company vehicle.

What you'll be doing
Receiving, checking, and processing all incoming stock and transfers
Putting away stock and replenishing pick locations as needed
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders and store transfers
Handling returns, stock discrepancies, and related follow-ups
Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move and locate stock
Completing delivery runs to customers when required
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards
Working closely with the wider warehouse and logistics team to achieve daily targets

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role (preferred)




Current forklift licence not necessary but considered.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Positive teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to safety and maintaining an organised work workplace
Current driver’s licence (required for deliveries)
