We’re a 5-star Google rated Pet Care business with an open vacancy for an enthusiastic dog walker to join our team. If you're passionate about animals, punctual, and reliable, this might be the perfect job for you.

This is a permanent part-time position, classified as Level 2 under the Miscellaneous Award 2020 [MA000104]. The applicable minimum rate is $27.08 per hour, in accordance with the National Employment Standards and the Award.

Scheduled hours are between 8am and 4pm for 2 days per week (Monday & Friday), with a 30 minute paid lunch break daily. Total of 16 paid hours per week.

Requirements
Prior experience in professional dog walking or volunteering at a shelter is mandatory; please note we also provide training.
Passion for working with animals and a genuine love for dogs is an absolute must.
Punctuality and reliability are essential attributes.




Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to your own car. Car seat covers will be provided to protect your vehicle. Mileage & fuel expenses will be reimbursed at a rate of $0.95 per kilometer.
Must have a valid visa to apply; we welcome applications from students and working holiday visa holders.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exercise, socialization, and attention to dogs in a secure and responsible manner.
Walk dogs in groups, including some that may require extra attention and care.
Keep accurate records of daily walks and any observations regarding the dogs' behavior via our App.
Communicate effectively with clients and address any special requests or concerns.
Ensure the security of dogs during transportation, when required.
