About us

Seadan Security is the largest Security wholesaler in Australia - with 20 stores around the nation (and will be at 30 soon!). As a part of the MM group, Seadan has been around for almost 40 years.

This role is for the Mt Waverley store, the original store in the group. You'll be part of an 11 person team (current).

What you’ll do:
Priorities what needs to be done with all the responsibilities of the warehouse
Including but not limited to
Picking and packing customer orders, packaging the products properly so they arrive safely
Book freight and courier jobs with high attention to detail
Receiving goods in and check stock carefully against paperwork
Break down large boxes,



put the stock away in the correct locations and present the small boxes in the showroom as part of "putting them away"
Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, protected and well organised
Work closely with internal sales and other staff to operate as a team
Jump in wherever needed — this is a true all-rounder role

You need to bring:
Speed, energy and a robust work ethic
Excellent attention to detail, A “do it once, do it right” attitude
Confidence using computers, scanners and freight systems
Positive communication and common sense (we all sell to the customers that come in/ ring in)
The ability to follow process without needing to be chased
Pride in keeping stock, orders and work areas organised
Reliability — you turn up, get stuck in, and help the team win
