Due to company growth, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a full-time Scheduler/Estimator to join our estimating team in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Scheduler/Estimator, you’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support to develop the skills needed to contribute to our estimating and scheduling functions. Your main responsibilities will include:

· Assisting supervisors with day-to-day queries and operational challenges

· Preparing and issuing purchase orders for scheduled work

· Learning to interpret construction drawings to complete accurate quantity take-offs

· Performing measurement take-offs to support estimating activities

· Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members

· Monitoring job timeframes to ensure key deadlines are met

· Carrying out general administrative and team support tasks as needed
