Key responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the venue
Hiring, training and supporting staff. Managing staff performance and ensuring high service standards
Inventory and stock control
Coordinating and implementing management plans, ideas and initiatives
Assisting with marketing and sales activities
Ensuring the venue operates efficiently, professionally and in accordance with required standards

About you




Need to have a current Approved Manager's Card
Demonstrate integrity, honesty and professionalism
Have excellent organisational and time-management skills
Have solid attention to detail and a careful, practical approach
Be adaptable, willing to learn and open to current ideas
Be responsible, reliable and dependable
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate a robust work ethic
Be enthusiastic, conscientious and consistent when executing management plans, ideas and initiatives
Be receptive to constructive feedback and advice
Take pride in maintaining the venue to a very high standard, ensuring it is clean, tidy, organised and well presented.
