Talenza have been engaged by a leading financial services organisation to find a ServiceNow Developer to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension and a view to permanent employment.

The successful candidate will have robust ServiceNow development and configuration experience, with a focus on integrations, platform enhancements and ongoing improvement across a broad ServiceNow workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure and maintain ServiceNow solutions across the platform
Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and internal/external systems
Develop scripts, workflows, business rules, UI policies and other platform components
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, defects and integration errors
Support platform enhancements, upgrades, releases and ongoing improvements
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
Perform testing and support deployment activities across environments
Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with platform standards, security and best practices
Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations and processes
Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts and other technical teams




Support BAU activities while contributing to project and transformation initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve automation, functionality and overall ServiceNow performance

Key Requirements
Strong ServiceNow development and configuration experience
Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations with internal and third-party systems
Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, business rules and platform configuration
Ability to troubleshoot, enhance and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations
Experience working across ServiceNow modules and understanding how different platform capabilities interact
Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades, releases and environment management
Robust stakeholder communication and ability to work with both technical and business teams
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
