We are looking for a customer service/ sales assistant to help the internal sales team as required with counter sales, answering phones, quoting and contacting suppliers etc. and to also assist in our Warehouse helping with day to day duties of stock management and goods inwards and outwards, forklift operating, etc.

Experience with e commerce and social media marketing posts would be an advantage, to be able to create regular business activity awareness posts and assisting with processing sales in our ebay and shopify stores and update e-store pricing etc.

You will be Self-motivated, conscientious and responsible, display high standards and be described as someone who enjoys a challenge. You'll be able to work without supervision and have good time management skills, be able to learn current products quickly, and have positive customer/ supplier relations skills, positive computer skills, be able to multitask and be well presented.

Responsibilities;
Customer service, counter sales, phone and email enquiries.
General warehouse duties.




Quoting customers and sourcing products.
E commerce maintenance and processing.
Social media business pages posting.
Maintain good supplier and customer relationships.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements
Sales experience is a advantage but not necessary, we provide in house training.
Experience in warehousing is a benefit, in house training will be provided.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office applications an advantage.
Social media and e commerce experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Basic knowledge of Hydraulics/Pneumatics and Automotive products an advantage but not necessary, on job training provided.
Forklift licence an advantage.
Must have existing Australian work authorisation rights.
