Tech Lead:

This role is primarily focused on React, Next.js, NX-based front-end development, with exposure to .NET Core API integrations, Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, and Sitecore Headless/JSS platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience leading small to medium-sized engineering teams in enterprise settings.
Solid expertise in:
React.js
Next.js
TypeScript
NX Workspace / Monorepo Architecture
Experience integrating with .NET Core APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of Azure services including:
Azure App Insights
Azure Storage
Azure SQL / Database Services
AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
Sitecore Headless (XM Cloud/Sitecore JSS) experience.
Experience with digital experience platforms and CMS solutions.
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.




Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering engineering excellence and collaboration.
Drive technical design and architecture decisions for digital experience platforms.
Design and develop scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and NX monorepo architecture.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Support CI/CD practices and cloud-native deployments on Azure and Kubernetes platforms.
Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and production support activities.
Contribute to technology roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry experience.
