Capital Maintenance Solutions Pty Ltd are seeking for experienced Metal Fabricators to join their team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, forming, and assembling metal components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Measure, mark, cut, bend, roll, and shape metal materials accurately.
Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures.
Use workshop machinery including guillotines, press brakes, rollers, grinders, and drills.
Carry out welding and other joining methods as required for fabrication and assembly.
Conduct quality checks to ensure finished components meet required specifications and tolerances.
Maintain workshop tools and equipment and follow WHS procedures.
Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to complete fabrication projects.

Skills & Experience




Proven experience in metal fabrication or a similar trade.
Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent is desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Solid knowledge of metal cutting, forming, shaping, and assembly techniques.
Experience using workshop machinery and hand tools.
Welding experience across MIG/TIG/Stick is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable
Forklift, EWP, or overhead crane ticket.
Relevant welding certifications.
Driver's licence and reliable transport.
