We support a diverse range of participants and families with daily living, independence and community access, helping people build lives that feel meaningful, connected and full.
We are looking for a Support Worker who shares that approach to join our small and supportive team.
About the role
No two days at Younique look exactly the same. Your shifts may involve:
Supporting participants with daily living and household tasks
Community access, activities, events and appointments
Building independence, confidence and everyday skills
Transport and social support
Supporting participants to work towards their individual NDIS goals
Completing shift notes and documentation

About you

Passionate about supporting choice, independence and inclusion
What you'll need
Current driver's licence
Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or willingness to obtain
Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
Availability for approximately 20 to 30 hours per week
