About the role

Wholesome Care Supports is looking for Support Workers to provide personalised support that upholds dignity and independence. You'll be part of a team that values creativity, respect, and innovation, working in disability support services and community spaces designed to foster inclusion and growth.

Key responsibilities
Providing personalised support that upholds dignity and independence
Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access
Encouraging and facilitating skill-building, hobbies, and social connection
Working collaboratively with families, therapists, and the Wholesome team
Advocating for participants so their voices are heard and respected

About you
Compassion, reliability, and a genuine belief in inclusion
Experience in disability or community support (preferred but not essential)
A positive problem-solver who can adapt with empathy and patience




Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid/CPR certification
Driver's licence
