Job Description

Online Projects is looking for a talented Video Content Creator to join our team and create scroll-stopping content that performs across social and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our team to deliver compelling visuals for a diverse range of clients, taking projects from initial concept
through to polished final delivery, all while making clients and their audiences feel confident, comfortable, and camera-ready.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who loves the full creative process, from dreaming up the concept to nailing the final export.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, film, and edit video content across social and digital platforms for a range of clients
Developing and implementing content strategies to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Creating video, photographic and multimedia content for social media, websites and other digital marketing platforms.
Manage shoots end-to-end, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment setup
Own the full post-production workflow, including editing, colour grading, audio, and
exporting
Direct talent on camera, creating a comfortable and confident environment for clients
and subjects




Collaborate with the team and clients to turn ideas into engaging visual stories
Manage multiple client projects concurrently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced
workplace

Skill & Experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience working across a variety of clients and industries
A strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and technical skill
Expert post-production skills, with the ability to own the full workflow from editing through to final export
Hands-on experience with skilled camera, lighting, and audio equipment, with the
ability to manage shoots end-to-end
Strong people skills, with the ability to make anyone feel comfortable and confident on
camera
Creative thinking, with the ability to develop concepts aligned to brand direction and campaign goals
Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams and clients
Robust time management, with the ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
A tech-savvy, highly organised approach to workflow
