We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator / Pick Packer to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process. As a Pick Packer, you will be responsible for picking and packaging orders for shipment.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain machinery according to production specifications
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Ensure product quality meets company standards
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and packaging
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role
Ability to operate machinery and equipment effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
