Sustainable Soils & Aggregates (SSA) is seeking an experienced Truck & Dog Driver to join our transport team.

SSA provides transport and material solutions to the civil construction industry across Sydney. We're looking for a reliable and skilled driver who takes pride in their work, equipment, and safety.

About the Role The role involves operating a Truck & Dog combination, transporting soils, aggregates and quarry materials to and from construction sites, quarries, and recycling facilities across Sydney.

Key responsibilities include
Safely and efficiently operating a Truck & Dog combination
Delivering and collecting soils, aggregates and quarry materials
Completing daily pre-starts and vehicle checks
Maintaining accurate dockets and job records
Complying with company, site and NHVR safety requirements
Communicating with allocators, supervisors and site personnel
Maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle

About You To be successful in the role, you will have:




Current HC licence
Previous Truck & Dog driving experience
Construction White Card
Positive knowledge of Sydney roads and construction sites
Understanding of fatigue management and NHVR requirements
Positive driving record
Reliable and professional attitude
Ability to work early starts and overtime when required

Experience within quarry or bulk haulage will be highly regarded.
