We’re seeking female support workers to assist a participant with complex behaviours ASD lvl 3 and mental health needs focusing on connection, robust communication, emotional regulation, positive behaviour support, daily routines and increasing independence in a SIL setting.

Regular shifts available:
Weekday shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, inactive overnights)
Weekend shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, inactive overnights)
Respite prospects

We’re looking for someone who is:
Must have English as first language
Calm, patient and reliable
Experienced in mental health or psychosocial disability welcomed
Comfortable following a Safety Plan
Open to more hours over time
Able to provide transport when required
Tech-savvy (shift notes completed in app)
