Job Description

Amentum is seeking an AGSA Compliance Director/Company Secretary to ensure AGSA complies with the Australian Corporations Act 2001 and amendments. The role involves upholding statutory obligations, maintaining corporate records, and coordinating with the Board and Chair across Australia.

The successful candidate will monitor financial positions, prepare board papers and minutes, and manage regulatory filings while travelling to Alice Springs as needed. Equal chance employer.
