The Company

Reporting to the Studio Creative Lead, this well known and loved Australian retailer is the kind of brand that most people have something from in their own home, and is bringing creative production in house. They're building a lean, AI enabled studio covering campaign rollout, retail, catalogue, social, digital and video photography across Australia and Recent Zealand, working inside and alongside the marketing and digital team.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll take campaign creative from the brand agency through to finished, channel ready assets, and own the retail and print work end to end, VM, POS, catalogues and print ready artwork you can send straight to the printer. You'll run in-house product photography and retouching in the in office studio, feeding files into the AI imagery pipeline, and bring concept development and art direction so the studio can originate work rather than just adapt it. You'll own the template system and the image quality standards that keep the rest of the team's output consistent, and cross cover at peak like everyone else in the studio.

What you'll bring
Senior design experience across brand, retail and campaign work, with a portfolio that shows both craft and volume
Deep print and production knowledge,



catalogues, POS and print ready artwork you'd happily send to the printer yourself
Hands on photography and retouching capability, or the skills to run a small product studio with support
Mastery of the Adobe suite, working comfort in Figma, and openness to AI assisted ways of working
An exacting eye for brand consistency, colour and detail, held under real deadlines
