About the Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Road Maintenance Labourers to join a local council. This is a hands on physically demanding role offering full time casual hours, excellent team culture and a variety of day to day tasks that contribute directly to the local community.

Key Responsibilities;
Road Maintenance, including pothole repairs, road edge and shoulder maintenance and general upkeep.
Asphalt patching and basic road construction work.
Site set up and pack downs.
Medium Rigid truck driving.
Using a wide variety of hand and power tools.
Working collaboratively within a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.

About You.

To be successful in this role you will have:




Previous experience in road maintenance, civil labouring, construction or a similar field.
Asphalt experience or a willingness to learn.
Medium Rigid (MR) licence
Construction White Card (Mandatory)
Experience in using hand and power tools.
A reliable work ethic and solid commitment to safety.
The physical fitness required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
