You will be installing powerpoints, lighting, fans, appliances, and circuits, completing switchboard upgrades and rewiring jobs both in residential and light commercial settings.

You will work from job scopes and plans, communicate clearly and politely with customers, ensure all work meets Australian Standards, and maintain clean, organised job sites.

You will also train apprentices in installation techniques and best practices, supervise their work to ensure safety and quality, delegate tasks appropriate to their skill level, provide real-time feedback and correction, and develop their efficiency and workmanship standards.





Key responsibilities
