Smiths of Geelong are seeking an Qualified Motor Mechanic to join our ever expanding team in a much sought after role. In this role you’ll be equally committed to making sure our customers have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:
Providing expert advice in relation to current mechanical condition of vehicles
Taking all necessary steps to diagnose to ensure the correct operation of vehicles.
Repairing the mechanical parts of the motor vehicle such as the engine, transmission and the suspension systems
Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs.
Providing guidance and training to apprentice service technicians




Maintaining a protected working workplace through ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialised equipment.
Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values.

Requirements:
Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
We require team players with robust work ethics.
Trade qualification as a motor mechanic.
A current Drivers licence is required.
Previous dealership experience will be highly regarded but not essential.

Uniform is supplied and remuneration is dependent on experience and qualifications.
