Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing knowledgeable product recommendations
Support the sales team in achieving store sales targets and performance goals through proactive engagement and follow-up
Assist with stock management,



inventory control, and merchandising to ensure products are well-organized and visually appealing
Maintain a clean, protected, and well-presented store setting that reflects our brand standards
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work setting
Participate in product training and stay informed about our offerings to provide accurate information
Support promotional activities and special events as needed
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices consistently
