The Chance

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our David Jones store in Brisbane Queens Plaza.

In this role, you'll deliver elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. Working within a premium concession setting, you'll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience.

Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service

Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
n
Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
n
Assist with stock flow and day-to-day concession operations
