We are looking for reliable and motivated people to join our powder coating teams across our Brendale and Narangba locations.

We currently have opportunities for:
Experienced Powder Coaters
Sandblasters
General Labourers / Factory Hands

Applicants can nominate their preferred location when applying. Previous powder coating or sandblasting experience is highly regarded, however experience is not essential for general labouring positions. We are happy to train the right people who have a good attitude, are reliable and willing to learn.

The Work

Depending on your experience and position, duties may include:
Powder coating aluminium and steel products
Sandblasting and surface preparation
Hanging and unloading products
Masking and preparing items for coating
Wrapping and packing completed work
Preparing jobs for production
Moving materials through the factory
General factory and workshop duties
Maintaining a clean and secure work area
Assisting other members of the production team as required

What We're Looking For

We are looking for people who:
Are reliable and turn up to work on time




Have a robust work ethic
Can work effectively as part of a team
Are comfortable working in a factory environment
Are physically capable of manual work
Take pride in the quality of their work
Can follow instructions and workplace safety procedures
Are looking for stable, ongoing employment

Previous experience in powder coating, sandblasting, manufacturing, metal finishing or factory work will be highly regarded. A forklift licence is also an advantage but is not essential.
