We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized individual to join our team as a Post Construction Administrator.

About the role The Customer Care Administrator is responsible for general administration, documentation preparation for review, financial costing, project cost tracking, and reporting across all projects.

Key responsibilities
Assist the Post-Construction team with general admin tasks.
Review of construction team’s handover documentation, analyse and report back to the Post-Construction Manager on any gaps in documentation.
Review of construction defects status on the defects management systems. Monitor and register new defects.
Provide a professional,



accurate and timely response to stakeholders regarding defects received.
Prepare reports and ad hoc documentation as required.

About you
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with robust attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
