We are looking for our next Retail star with Cafe experience!

Rosebud Health Store is one of Victoria's most loved and long-standing natural health stores — proudly independent, locally owned, and proudly serving the Rosebud community for over 50 years. In store we offer specialty lattes, chai and matcha varieties for our customers to take-away, as well as a excellent summer menu of juices, smoothies accompanied by vegan desserts and light savoury options. Alongside our store and cafe, we have the adjoining Dharma Centre for yoga, meditation, and spiritual wellbeing, we offer a truly holistic workplace that blends natural health, mindfulness, psychic readings and energy healing.

When you are not smashing out fantastic lattes, juices and smoothies, you will be working at the registers and keeping on top of general retail duties like receiving and re-stocking products.

We are looking for a front of house team member with these skills:
Barista/coffee making experience (latte art not required)
Retail/Customer Service experience
A passion for health store products, healthy baking, basic knowledge of general supplements, herbs or popular wellness products.

Plenty of hours are available now as we enter the busy summer period on the Mornington Peninsula. Our store is directly opposite the beach, and our juice and smoothie bar is where you will thrive making healthy, refreshing drinks for sun drenched tourists visiting the area. This is a casual position, approximately 25 hours per week, shifts will vary depending on the needs of the business. Full time hours may be available during peak season (Jan/Feb) on the Peninsula. On-going work for the right person. Rosters are managed fortnightly. You must have availability operation are 8.30am - 5pm weekdays and 9am - 3pm weekends. Award wages apply under the general retail award.
