Retail Assistant – Tobacconist

Location: Wetherill Park, NSW

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and work-driven Retail Assistant to join our team at a rapid paced tobacconist in Wetherill Park.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, has a solid work ethic and enjoys providing outstanding customer service.

About the role
Serving customers and providing friendly, helpful service
Operating the POS and handling cash accurately
Restocking and maintaining store presentation
Assisting with stock management
Keeping the store clean and organised
Following store procedures and responsible service requirements
Working independently as well as part of a team

About you
Robust work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Self-motivated and work-driven




Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident and friendly with customers
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Willing to learn and take initiative
Previous tobacconist experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided to the right person
