Pocket Pizza is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our Manly team and help lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting and motivating staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support restaurant staff during daily service.
Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming dining experience.
Coordinate front-of-house operations and manage service flow.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
Ensure workplace health, safety, and food safety requirements are followed.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
Work closely with management and kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.

About You The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or senior hospitality role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A positive, hands-on approach and ability to lead by example.




Excellent customer service skills.
The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Positive knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great customer experiences.
