About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate casual staff to showcase the Mitolo Wines brand and deliver exceptional customer service. We are seeking experienced Front of House waiters, hosts and bar staff to work in South Australia's most authentic Italian food venues. Our food is authentically Italian, straightforward, fresh, and vibrant. Our pasta and wood oven breads are baked daily, and our produce and proteins sourced locally.

Key responsibilities
Make each customer experience a positive one
Work closely with our kitchen team to understand in detail, the dishes and ingredients used in the food we serve
Undertake daily housekeeping duties to maintain the cellar door/ restaurant appearance
Participate in ongoing training with Venue management or Winemaker as required

About you
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting, independently and with a team
Previous hospitality,



bar and food service experience is highly desired
Must have permanent right to work in Australia or valid working visa
Fluent English required, additional languages advantageous
Current RSA certificate
Food Safety Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred: WSET Level 2
