About the company/role:
Pharmaceutical company
Based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
Seeking a QC Analyst to join the team
6-month fixed term contract, with potential to extend
Afternoon shift (2pm-10pm)

Duties, but not limited to:
Conduct routine physical, chemical and instrumental testing on bulk products, stability samples, raw materials and finished goods
Conduct sampling, inspection and approval of materials as per SOP
Equipment maintenance and calibration
Manage test results using the data management system
Ensure compliance with GMP& GLP standards
Organise samples for external testing and interpret results
General housekeeping

Skills/experience:
Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline
Must have prior laboratory experience ideally within pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. Open to other industries such as food and environmental.
Proven experience using chemistry analytical techniques
Good understanding of GMP & GLP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valuable time management skills




Must have a car (due to afternoon shift)
