The Role

This is a photographer and videographer role in Sydney. You'll be shooting high-end real estate content for some of the city's most respected offices, backed by a full team across admin, production, and editing.

It's a role with responsible runway. The right person grows with us as Sydney scales, with a explicit path into senior creative leadership.

Shooting premium photography and video for top Sydney real estate offices
Producing listing content that sets the benchmark in the market
Owning your shoots end to end, with the team behind you on everything else
Bringing your eye, your craft,



and your standard to every job

What we're looking for
Real estate photography and videography experience
A portfolio that shows taste, not just volume
Fluent across qualified camera, lighting, and editing tools
Reliable, self-directed, and obsessive about quality
Someone with ambition, who wants to build a career, not just take photos
