The Role

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Placement to join our fantastic Oxley team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced specialists, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors, recruiting for a wide variety of job types.

Key Responsibilities
Engaging in a variety of sales based activity with existing and prospective clients
Providing excellent consultancy and service to candidates & clients
Recruiting, screening, and interviewing of suitable candidates




Investing the time to truly understand clients and candidates needs
Effective database management
Maintaining client and candidate relationship

Skills and experience In order to thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued:
Previous experience in recruitment specific to the blue collar industry
Proactive attitude and eagerness to build your portfolio
Strong attention to detail
Confident and friendly phone manner
Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
