Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Lead and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring effective performance and morale.
Roster Management: Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all cleaning responsibilities.
Issue Resolution: Address any operational issues or customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
Quality Control: Monitor cleaning standards and implement improvements as necessary.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training for cleaning staff to uphold best practices and safety standards.
Communication:



Liaise with shopping centre management and other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in management or supervisory roles.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
