The Role

This is a site leadership role focused on coordinating trades, sequencing works, and keeping the job moving safely and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for
Coordinate daily construction activities and subcontractors
Maintain short term programs and construction sequencing
Ensure work is completed safely, accurately and to specification
Monitor quality, productivity and project progress
Identify and resolve site coordination issues
Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment
Maintain accurate site records and daily diaries
Communicate effectively with project teams, consultants and subcontractors
Support a positive, accountable and safety-focused site culture

What We’re Looking For





You’ve got solid experience running construction sites and coordinating trades on medium to large scale industrial or commercial projects.

You’ll bring:
Proven Foreman / site supervision experience on $10M+ builds
Trade qualification and strong commercial or industrial construction experience (food manufacturing a bonus)
Robust ability to interpret drawings and manage sequencing
Explicit, confident communication with subcontractors and site teams
Strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery
Practical problem-solving skills and strong site organisation
