About the role

You will manage multiple projects across the full development lifecycle: Planning → Demolition → Land Division → Construction → Titles → Sales → Settlement. Your role is to keep projects moving, consultants accountable, costs controlled and deadlines on track.

Key responsibilities
Managing surveyors, designers, engineers, arborists, certifiers, builders and other consultants.
Driving planning and land division through Council, Plan SA, SA Water and the Lands Titles Office.
Coordinating demolition, service abolishment's, civil works and titles.
Managing residential construction, progress claims, variations, practical completion and defects.
Tracking costs against approved feasibilities and identifying budget drift early.
Working with conveyancers, brokers, accountants and selling agents.
Providing concise weekly updates on program, budget, risks and next actions.

About you
2–3+ years' experience in residential development, subdivision or land division.
Positive knowledge of the South Australian planning and development system.
Familiarity with PlanSA and land division processes.




Robust organisational and consultant management skills.
A commercial mindset and the ability to manage budgets and deadlines.
A current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
Experience managing fixed-price residential building contracts, construction and development finance will be highly regarded.
Proactive approach, knowing what needs to happen next and making the call today rather than Monday.
