Alligator Manufacturing offers the following services:

Gifting: We manage all aspects of client's corporate gifting and promotional programmes

Packaging: We creathighly innovative packaging and point of sale items from the functional to the iconic, in a range of materials including card, plastic, wood, tin, tubing, solid boards, recycled materials and more.

Bespoke Uniform Specialists: We deliver a seamless process from custom design, manufacturing and stock holding to online ordering, pick & pack, delivery and reporting.

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating design briefs into exceptional work across various formats and in line with the above services which Alligator Manufacturing offers.

You will need to be able to generate visually pleasing designs under pressure and at a fast pace. This position will encompass a variety of designs, and you will need to use your artistic and creative abilities ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet production requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Essential Requirements:
Matric
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or design studio setting
Creative flair, innovation, and design ability
Valuable interpersonal and customer relationship skills and ability to liaise on all levels
Design Package Requirements: Advanced Photoshop Skills with solid Illustrator skills
Good organizational and administrative skills
Deadline driven with ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, with high stress tolerance
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to work overtime when operationally required
Must be methodical and accurate with meticulous work standards
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Advantageous:

3D Modeling skills
