Registered Nurse – Community & Disability Services Location: Belmore / Campbelltown, NSW Employment Type: Flexible – based on availability and experience

Pay Rate: Negotiable, based on qualifications, experience, and hours available About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Belmore/Campbelltown area .

The successful candidate will have robust clinical knowledge along with experience in administration, documentation, and coordination within community or disability services . This role is suited to an RN who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with clients, families, support teams, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation Complete case notes, reports, and other required documentation Assist with care plan administration and monitoring

Coordinate and schedule services as required Communicate effectively with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information





Ensure documentation meets organisational and regulatory requirements Support compliance with NDIS and relevant quality standards Follow organisational policies and procedures

Complete general administrative duties associated with community and disability services Ensure safeguarding, incident reporting, and other compliance requirements are followed About

You To be successful in this role, you will have: Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA

Experience working in community, disability, aged care, or a similar environment Strong administrative and documentation skills Experience with case notes, report writing, and maintaining client records

Understanding of care plans and service coordination Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Understanding of NDIS requirements, privacy, safeguarding, and reporting obligations Ability to work independently and as part of a team What
