You will manage a full caseload from start to finish, working closely with clients across Employer Sponsored, General Skilled Migration (GSM), and a variety of temporary and family visa categories including Subclass 485, parent visas, partner visas, and visitor visas. This is an office-based role in Perth. Hybrid or work from home arrangements are not available.
Key responsibilities
Full file management from initial consultation to final decision
OMARA registration and compliance with the Code of Conduct
Visa preparation across GSM, ES, temporary and family visas
Client consultations and expectation management
Sales capability and converting enquiries into active matters
Document checking and evidence-based case building
Legendcom navigation for policy and legislative interpretation
Professional communication with clients, employers, and authorities
About you
2–3 years of hands-on experience across a broad range of visa subclasses
Solid visa knowledge across ES, GSM, and temporary visas
Full case management capability
OMARA compliance and professional standards
Client engagement and sales aptitude
Attention to detail in evidence and documentation
Legendcom proficiency (essential)
Explicit written and verbal communication
Team collaboration in a professional setting
ART experience is advantageous but not mandatory
