Your new role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a complex data migration and platform modernisation program. Working across business and technical teams, you will be responsible for analysing existing systems, documenting technical requirements, and supporting the migration of claims, customer, and operational data into a Salesforce environment. Key responsibilities include:
Gathering, analysing, and documenting technical and functional requirements.
Mapping legacy data structures, business rules, and processes to target-state solutions.
Supporting data migration activities, including data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
Collaborating with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, developers, architects, and data specialists.
Identifying process improvements and optimisation prospects.
Assisting with solution design, testing, and implementation activities.

What you'll need to succeed :




Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within large-scale technology transformation programs.
Strong experience in data migration, data mapping, and system integration projects.
Ability to analyse complex legacy systems and document technical requirements.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Exposure to Salesforce implementations or Salesforce-based platforms is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
