The Position

Currently an prospect exists for a Project Coordinator / Construction Scheduler to join the team. Responsibilities will include:
Manage and maintain construction schedules for residential housing projects
Update bookings within CRM
Distribution of various weekly network schedules
Liaise with site supervisors, suppliers and subcontractors daily
Monitor progress against programs and identify and resolve delays
Update schedules to reflect variations and weather impacts etc
Provide clear scheduling reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders
Monitor trade availability vs network schedule





Skills and Experience To be considered we are looking for someone with the following:
3 years experience working in a similar role
Project Coordination, construction administration or scheduling experience
Exposure to the residential building industry
Ability to work in a quick paced environment
Valuable communication skills
High attention to detail, organisation and ability to multitask
