Role Description In this dynamic, on-the-road role, you will be the face of AC Stone across your designated territory. You’ll nurture established key accounts and hunt for exciting new business opportunities within the trade, kitchen, and construction sectors.

What you’ll be doing:
Drive Business Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with stonemasons, designers, kitchen manufacturers, and builders.
Expand Our Reach:



Engage with architects, interior designers, and specifiers to get AC Stone specified in residential and commercial projects.
Be on the Road: Manage regular client visits to deliver exceptional service, showcase recent product ranges, and secure repeat orders.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify untapped market potential.
Own Your Pipeline: Manage your pipeline, quotes, and account updates through our CRM system.

What you’ll be doing:
Proven Track Record: Experience in B2B sales or account management (experience in stone, building supplies, kitchen design, or building materials is a robust plus).
Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills—you know how to build trust with trade clients quickly.
Driven & Autonomous: Self-motivated, well-organized, and passionate about hitting and exceeding targets.
Must-Haves: Valid Australian Driver’s License and full working rights in Australia.
