About the role

Total Care Property Services is looking for a reliable, experienced and professional cleaner to join our growing property services team.

We specialise in cleaning and property maintenance across apartment buildings, rental properties, end-of-lease cleans and general property maintenance.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail and is confident using qualified cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Qualified cleaning of apartment buildings and rental properties
End-of-lease / bond cleaning
Carpet and upholstery steam cleaning
Operating commercial floor scrubbers
Deep cleaning of floors and hard surfaces
Pressure cleaning where required
Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work
Following workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For
Previous professional/commercial cleaning experience




Experience operating carpet steam cleaners and commercial floor scrubbers
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Experience working in apartment buildings, rental properties or end-of-lease cleaning is highly regarded
