Our client is a well established national business providing specialist solutions to the construction, infrastructure and project sectors. With a strong reputation in the market and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop their NSW sales operation.

This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys coaching and developing teams while remaining actively involved with customers, key accounts and business development opportunities.

Your current role
Lead, mentor and develop a multi-location sales team across NSW.
Drive revenue growth, pipeline generation and commercial performance.
Coach team members through joint customer visits, sales planning and account development.
Build greater consistency across the region through structured sales processes and performance management.
Manage strategic customer relationships and major accounts.
Identify and secure new business prospects within target markets.
Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.




Collaborate closely with operational and project delivery teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts and reporting metrics.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven success leading high-performing B2B sales teams.
Experience within construction, building materials, hire, industrial, infrastructure or related industries.
Strong coaching and leadership capability with a hands on management style.
Commercially focused with the ability to drive both growth and profitability.
Track record managing major accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable travelling throughout NSW, including regular visits to regional locations.
