We're an growing team of senior clinicians, with our team bringing 6 years of clinical experience and approximately 10 years working within the disability sector. We've experienced both large and small NDIS providers and understand the realities of the role — KPIs, non-billable admin, complex participants and the importance of having responsive support when you need it.

Role Description We're currently looking for two Occupational Therapists to join our growing team:

o Occupational Therapist | 1–3 years' experience

Build your clinical skills with robust supervision, tailored caseloads and a clear pathway for career development.

o Senior Occupational Therapist | Experienced clinician

Take the next step in your career,



develop your clinical reputation and work towards future Clinical Lead, Team Leader and management prospects.

$85,000–$115,000 + superannuation, based on experience and banding level
