The Role:
Prospect daily via phone to book buyer appointments and listing appraisals
Support the lead agent in identifying and qualifying buyers and sellers
Manage buyer enquiries, follow-ups, and database nurturing
Assist with property viewings, negotiations, and sales processes
Coordinate open homes, private inspections, and property launches
Maintain strong client relationships with high-level customer service




Stay informed on local market trends and property values

The Candidate:
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Real Estate experience is highly desirable
Immaculate presentation
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
A valid driver's license & vehicle
Highly driven, disciplined, and motivated to succeed in real estate
Comfortable working 6 days per week, including Saturday open homes
Confident communicator with solid phone skills
Proactive, reliable, and able to work at a pace without micromanagement
Coachable, resilient, and looking to build a long-term career
